This design is an order from our client, Mr. Wahyu. located in a densely populated residential area in the city of Malang. This is an upgrade/renovation project. The challenge when building a house in a densely populated area is the access route to a location that cannot be accessed by 4-wheeled vehicles. As a result, we have to spend more on material mobilization.

With limited land of 8 x 4.5 meters, we can make a floor plan layout in the form of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen adjacent to the bathroom under the stairs, and a terrace for parking motorbikes on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there is 1 bedroom, a living room. guest room that can be used as a family room, 1 bathroom in the drying room, and a large balcony for relaxing.

because this house is at a crossroads, we can have 2 facades, even though the surrounding houses are close to each other. The style that we carry on the exterior is a minimalist style. suited to land limitations. we provide a touch of laser cutting material to become a point of view in this building. A list of Glassfiber Reinforced Cement (GRC) was also added to add beauty to the exterior.
